Coaching

The ICF (International Coaching Federation) defines coaching as “a partnership with clients in a creative and thought-provoking process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The coaching process often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity, and leadership. We all have goals we want to achieve, challenges we are striving to overcome, and times when we feel stuck. Partnering with a coach can change your life, putting you on the path to greater personal and professional fulfillment".

As a coach accredited by the ICF (International Coaching Federation), my professional offer is in line with the standards of conduct present in the ICF Code of Ethics, together with the main values that guide my professional practice: care, respect, trust, humanity, kindness, and responsibility.

I work to create a connection and partnership with my coachees, where the learning process takes place in a space of mutual trust, respect, and commitment. This makes my coachees feel safe and encouraged to deeply share their concerns and the results they would like to obtain. My coaching approach is based on deep listening, connected with the central question of what coachees bring, being able to show my perspective on what they bring and accompany them in designing and navigating new possibilities for their future.
